Sales Manager – International Property Awards

About the role

International Property Media is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead its telesales team for the International Property Awards. Based in Chelmsford, the role involves driving revenue, coaching staff and ensuring the highest standards of sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of telesales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
• Design and implement sales approaches, monitor activity levels and quality of pitches.
• Train new sales staff and participate in recruitment processes.
• Ensure consistent and correct use of the CRM system across the team.
• Report performance metrics and improvement strategies to senior directors.
• Introduce innovative ideas and best‑practice techniques to enhance sales outcomes.
• Engage directly in sales activities when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a sales team, preferably in a telesales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Knowledge of the property or real‑estate sector is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
