About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Porsche Centre Hull sales team. This senior position combines brand stewardship with commercial leadership in a luxury automotive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team, conducting coaching, performance reviews and recruitment.
- Design and execute sales strategies to maximise new and used vehicle sales, finance penetration and profitability.
- Analyse KPIs, conversion rates and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee used‑vehicle stock, pricing, presentation and showroom standards.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Porsche’s luxury standards, from showroom to digital touchpoints.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in automotive or premium retail sales.
- Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer‑focus and ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Professionalism, integrity and passion for the Porsche brand.
