Sales Manager (Metalwork / Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join a well‑established bespoke metal fabrication business that serves architecture, construction, marine and commercial sectors. The role is hybrid, based in Winchester, and offers the chance to drive sales growth within a larger group while maintaining the agility of a specialist manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales growth and marketing strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, designers, contractors and commercial clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from enquiry through to project completion.
• Collaborate closely with design, production and group marketing teams.
• Work on‑site one day per week in the Winchester office as part of a hybrid model.

Required profile

• Background in sales, business development or marketing.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction or fabrication.
• Full UK driving licence.
