Sales Manager – Primrose Hill

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Primrose Hill office and drive the branch’s performance. The role involves leading sales activities, managing client relationships and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets and deliver profitability, market‑share growth and increased group value.
• Handle all aspects of estate agency work, including market appraisals, property listings, sales progression and negotiations, following company processes.
• Analyse market data and trends to provide weekly client updates, advice and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and relevant legislation.
• Maintain marketing materials for new and existing properties, updating brochures, floor plans, photographs and prices.
• Prepare documentation for new listings such as agency agreements, money‑laundering forms and fact‑finds.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior sales negotiator, assistant manager or branch manager.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑changing environment.
• Professional conduct and appearance that enhances the company’s reputation.
• Full, clean driving licence.
