Sales Manager – Process Machinery for Pharma

About the role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales of top‑of‑the‑line process machinery to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies across the UK and Ireland. The role is home‑based, offering autonomy and uncapped earnings through salary, bonus and commission.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop new business sales while managing key accounts within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Network with current and potential customers to identify needs and growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong technical credibility when selling to all levels of the organisation.
Required profile
- Technical experience of process machinery in a pharmaceutical setting, with a desire to move into sales and strong relationship‑management skills.
- Or an experienced sales professional with a proven track record selling process machinery to the pharmaceutical sector, understanding of sales cycles and account management.
