Sales Manager / Property Lister

About the role

Our client is launching a newly refurbished flagship office in Swindon and needs an ambitious, commercially‑driven property professional to lead sales and listings. This role combines business development, market appraisal and negotiation, offering a hands‑on experience in a growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new residential property business and win client instructions.
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate valuations.
• Negotiate sales transactions and, when required, handle sales negotiations directly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Contribute to the rebuilding and expansion of the wider sales team.

Required profile

• Proven track record in residential estate agency or a similar sales role.
• Strong ability to win instructions and close sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and residence within ~30 minutes of Swindon.
