Sales Manager – South West (House Builder Sector)

About the role

Topps Tiles is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to cover the South West region. You will promote CTD products to house builders, developers and contractors, building strong B2B relationships and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and budget for the South West territory.
• Identify decision‑makers and develop strategic business‑to‑business relationships.
• Understand customers’ needs and present tailored product solutions.
• Follow up on new leads, referrals and manage the sales pipeline.
• Provide local technical advisory support and act as a trusted resource.
• Prepare for meetings using the company’s Business Intelligence system.
• Keep the CRM system up‑to‑date and collaborate with internal sales support functions.
• Monitor performance, self‑assess and take corrective actions as agreed with the House Builder Sales Director.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the house builder sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and solution‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using business intelligence tools.
