Sales Manager – UK & MENA

About the role

The Sales Manager for the UK & MENA will lead promotional and marketing initiatives to grow revenue for a global data‑science and analytics firm. Based in the Kew Gardens office, you will travel regularly to the Middle East, the United States and across the UK to meet customers, partners and attend industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets across the UK and MENA regions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to contract negotiation and post‑sale support.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key distributors and accounts, conducting regular in‑person and virtual meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities, upsell existing customers and expand market presence.
• Produce detailed reports on distributor performance, market trends and sales forecasts, presenting insights to senior management.
• Travel to territories at least once every two months and organise quarterly in‑person events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within data‑science, analytics or related professional services.
• Strong track record of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, Middle East and the US.

Required skills

• Experience with distributor and channel management.
• Ability to use analytical tools for performance analysis and forecasting.
• Competence in preparing and delivering detailed sales reports and presentations.
