Sales Manager – Utilities & Infrastructure

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive new business acquisition and nurture existing relationships within the utilities and infrastructure sector. Reporting to senior leadership, you will support the company’s growth strategy and help increase market share across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive business development strategy targeting new client accounts.
• Identify, pursue and win new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from engagement to contract award.
• Grow revenue from existing customers by deepening relationships and cross‑selling services.
• Maintain an active pipeline of projects, frameworks and upcoming opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting and represent the business at industry events.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ UK sales experience, preferably within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors.
• Proven track record of winning new business and opening new accounts.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
