Sales & Marketing Executive – Temporary to Permanent

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Aylesbury on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. This full‑time position works Monday to Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, and offers the chance to drive growth for a small business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through calls and marketing communications.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including spreadsheets and account documentation.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, marketing or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from £13.42 to £18.22.
- Temporary‑to‑permanent contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
- Full‑time onsite role in Aylesbury.
