Sales Negotiator – Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established independent estate agency serving Hertfordshire and Essex. The role involves matching buyers with properties, generating new listings and delivering a high standard of customer service across the Saffron Walden area.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify potential buyers.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Canvass to acquire new property listings.
• Negotiate sales between vendors and buyers.
• Prepare sales brochures and marketing material.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide ongoing advice to buyers and vendors.
• Book appointments and ensure exceptional customer service at every stage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator.
• Preferably local knowledge of the Saffron Walden area.
• UK resident, ideally within a 30‑minute commute.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal car.
• High level of customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and able to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

• Basic salary £25,000 with OTE up to £40,000 (DOE).
