Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established independent estate agency serving West London and Buckinghamshire. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from valuation to completion, while delivering a high‑quality experience for both buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
• Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
• Conduct accompanied viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Manage sales progression through exchange and completion
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
• Provide regular vendor updates and market feedback
• Generate new business through canvassing and relationship building
• Lead and contribute to morning meetings and daily performance targets
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures
• Resolve issues professionally while managing client expectations

Required profile

• Minimum four years’ residential estate agency sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a pipeline
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Stable employment history demonstrating commitment
• Proactive, self‑motivated and team‑focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own ULEZ‑compliant vehicle

Required skills

• Alto CRM (experience beneficial)

What we offer

• Basic salary £28,000‑£35,000 per year
• On‑target earnings up to £60,000+ per year
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 8:30‑18:00 with occasional Saturdays
