Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our Aspire Fulham office in London. You will work with a professional team delivering residential property sales across London and the South of England, building lasting client relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and register new applicants and maintain regular contact with vendors and buyers.
• Arrange, organise and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and referrals.
• Work collaboratively across departments and refer business where appropriate.

• Professional, ambitious and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong rapport‑building and relationship‑development skills.
• Resilience under pressure in a fast‑changing environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Outlook.
