About the role
We are looking for an experienced property sales professional to join Leaders, a well‑established national property group, as a Sales Negotiator in Worthing. You will work on‑site, building relationships with clients and driving property transactions while developing your career within a supportive, diverse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and maximise sales opportunities within the local property market.
- Negotiate property sales and manage the end‑to‑end transaction process.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of client relationships.
Required profile
- Solid background in estate agency or property sales.
- Motivated, enthusiastic and career‑driven.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary up to £30,000 OTE.
- Full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday 8:45 am‑5:30 pm and every other Saturday 9 am‑1 pm.
