About the role
Join a market‑leading independent property agency in Isleworth as a Sales Negotiator. You will be the front‑line contact for buyers and sellers, helping them find their perfect home while driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to negotiate successful property sales.
- Conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and results.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated with a strong desire to exceed goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive attitude and pride in delivering high‑quality service.
- Own car and a valid driving licence are essential.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive basic salary plus commission, car allowance and monthly bonuses.
- On‑target earnings of £40,000–£50,000 per year.
- Full‑time permanent contract (8:30 am–6:00 pm Mon‑Fri, occasional Saturday shifts with a work‑from‑home half‑day).
