Sales Negotiator – Property Sales

About the role

Join Leaders, a reputable property group, as a Sales Negotiator in Crewe. This full‑time onsite position offers the chance to develop your estate agency career within a national, diverse company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities, including networking with local developers.
• Advertise properties, arrange viewings and register applicants.
• Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets and manage the sale from viewing to close.
• Maintain accurate property details and data entry, acting as the communication link between client and vendor.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record.
• Strong sales ability, high level of customer service, and a positive telephone manner.
• Self‑starter with tenacity, able to negotiate and build trusted relationships.
• Responsive to change and able to work independently.
