Sales Negotiator (Residential Estate Agency)

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is based in New Malden and involves working within a busy residential estate agency. You will be part of a supportive team, handling the complete sales cycle from generating valuations to negotiating offers and finalising transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Register buyers, understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, delivering a high level of customer service.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
• Generate valuation opportunities and support the growth of the sales pipeline.
• Progress agreed sales by liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator in a residential estate agency.
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Well‑organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Target‑driven and positive attitude.
