Sales Negotiator – Residential Property

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a thriving independent estate agency in Hillingdon. You will manage residential sales from the first enquiry through to completion, delivering a professional service to both buyers and sellers in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify potential buyers and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings across Hillingdon and surrounding areas.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales.
• Progress agreed sales through to completion, keeping all parties informed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, purchasers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a residential Sales Negotiator, estate agent or property sales consultant.
• Proven ability to sell, negotiate and close residential transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Hillingdon, Uxbridge and surrounding residential areas.
