We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator (trainee) to join our friendly team in Staines. This is an ideal entry‑point for anyone eager to start a career in the property sector, offering hands‑on experience in residential sales and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Register prospective purchasers and maintain the buyer database.
• Arrange and accompany property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and guide the sales process through to completion.
• Handle offers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Support the successful conversion of offers into sales.

Required profile

• Confident, outgoing personality with a professional manner.
• Motivation to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilience and the ability to seize opportunities.
• Full clean UK driving licence and own car.
• Experience in residential sales is advantageous but not essential.
