Sales Negotiator – Trainee (Property)

About the role

Join a well‑established, family‑run estate agency in Old Isleworth as a Sales Negotiator Trainee. This is an entry‑level opportunity for a motivated individual to develop a career in residential property sales, with full training and support provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior negotiators in managing residential property sales from enquiry to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers, providing excellent customer service.
• Meet personal and team sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attend alternate Saturdays (9 am‑5 pm) and receive a half‑day in‑lieu.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.

Required profile

• Sales or customer‑facing background with strong communication skills.
• Target‑driven, motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Knowledge of the local Isleworth area is advantageous.
• Tenacious, self‑starter attitude with the ability to build trusted relationships.

Required skills

• Good IT skills.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £26,000 depending on experience.
• On‑target earnings between £35,000 and £50,000 per year.
• Car allowance.
• Standard working hours Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm.
