About the role

Join a fast‑paced, well‑established business in Leeds City Centre as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This is a non‑sales position focused on keeping the sales engine running smoothly – no targets, no cold calls, just pure coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch accurate quotations (training provided).
• Process orders and manage the end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash cycle.
• Maintain a clean, current, and reliable CRM system.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to align processes.

Required profile

• Highly organised with an eagle eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enjoys juggling priorities and taking pride in getting details right.
