Sales Operations Coordinator - Fashion

About the role

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support account managers in a fast‑growing fashion business. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of orders for assigned retail accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clear communication across the entire order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer order sheets in Excel and SAP, guaranteeing accuracy and retailer‑specific requirements.
• Hand over orders to logistics and sourcing teams, proactively escalating any delays.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and assist account managers with additional style requests.
• Provide customers with required information for internal systems and ticketing.
• Liaise with sourcing to update customers on sample arrivals and ensure correct labelling and packaging.
• Produce “available to sell” reports and monthly shipping reviews for customers.
• Reconcile factory orders with customer purchase orders, highlighting discrepancies.
• Track production progress, issue weekly critical‑path updates and propose actions for late deliveries.
• Perform monthly order‑book reconciliations between internal systems and customer records.
• Coordinate with the Bangladesh team and logistics for successful order hand‑over.
• Support finance with invoice discrepancies.
• Collate data for strategy building and prepare monthly/quarterly review materials.
• Maintain accurate pricing data in SAP and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience supporting account managers in a fashion or retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Effective communication with internal teams (logistics, sourcing, finance) and external customers.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
