Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support a busy international sales function on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Specialist and collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day activities of the Sales Operations team.
• Maintain sales reports, dashboards and business data.
• Assist with Salesforce CRM administration and user support.
• Update pricing, quotations and sales processes.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives.
• Respond to internal sales queries and help improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support or a similar business support role.
• Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (beneficial but not essential).
