Sales Operations Executive

About the role

The Sales Operations Executive will provide essential support to a busy Sales and Marketing team in Ascot. This role focuses on sales administration, CRM management, reporting and forecasting to ensure smooth commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Sales team.
• Prepare quotations, pricing requests, proposals and other sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
• Produce sales reports, forecasts and management information.
• Support CRM administration, handle user queries and drive data‑quality initiatives.
• Coordinate sales meetings, travel arrangements and team activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline sales processes and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with process improvements and operational projects.

Required profile

• Experience in sales administration, sales support or sales operations.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
