Sales Order Coordinator – Project & Resource Planning

About the role

The Sales Order Coordinator will be central to processing sales orders and planning projects, ensuring engineering resources are allocated efficiently. Working closely with the sales team, project managers and external customers, you will help maintain smooth project delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Technical sanitisation of sales orders, verifying supporting documentation for accurate project planning.
• Allocate appropriate engineering resources using the Hub Planner system on a per‑project basis.
• Contact customers to propose installation dates and coordinate schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal departments to match skills to project requirements.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder liaison.
• Understanding of engineering operations and project delivery within an AV or technical environment.
• Agile thinker able to adapt to a fluid environment and optimise resource utilisation.
