Sales Order Processor – Customer Service Role

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our team in Worsley. The role combines customer service with order management, ensuring that client inquiries are handled promptly and orders are processed accurately. You will work closely with internal departments to guarantee smooth delivery and resolution of any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone and provide accurate information.
• Process sales orders using internal CRM systems efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to track order status and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Deliver end‑to‑end support for complaints, managing the full customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Order Processor or in a similar customer‑service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and a personable, compassionate approach.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and pay strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with Salesforce.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £16.24 (equivalent to £31,500 per year).
• Full‑time temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
• Shift pattern: Monday‑Friday 08:00‑18:15, plus one Saturday per 12 weeks (07:00‑12:00).
• Start date: 10 August 2026.
