Sales Order Processor – Dropship (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Dropship Sales Order Processor will manage designated customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently within the Direct Dispatch department. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries, returns and pricing updates while supporting a fast‑paced wholesale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage designated customer accounts and build strong working relationships.
• Process customer orders accurately from start to finish.
• Set up products and maintain customer and product data.
• Manage pricing structures and keep information up‑to‑date.
• Arrange returns and process credit notes.
• Handle customer queries and deliver excellent service.
• Administer customer portals and related documentation.
• Liaise with account managers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain account records and perform day‑to‑day administration.
• Provide backup support to colleagues during busy periods and holidays.

Required profile

• Previous administration or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
• Positive, flexible and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Team‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
