Sales Order Processor

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our team in Worsley. The role combines customer service with accurate order handling, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone and provide accurate information.
• Process sales orders using internal CRM systems efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee timely delivery or investigate order issues.
• Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Own the full customer journey for complaints, handling them from start to resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Order Processor or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and a personable, compassionate approach.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet shift‑based schedules.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays (one in twelve weeks).

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £16.24 (equivalent to £31,500 per annum).
• Temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
• Monday‑Friday shift from 08:00 to 18:15, with occasional Saturday shifts.
• Opportunity to start as soon as possible (proposed start date 13 July 2026).
