Sales Progressor

About the role

The Sales Progressor will manage residential property sales from the point an offer is agreed right through to legal completion. You will act as the central hub for buyers, sellers and all professional parties involved, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property sales from offer to completion.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and other estate agents.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep transactions on track.
• Provide regular updates to clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with negotiators and valuers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Ensure all compliance and sales documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Previous sales progression experience within an estate agency.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple property transactions simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong IT aptitude and confidence learning new systems.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
