Sales Progressor – Resales & Staircasing Specialist

About the role

The Sales Progressor will support homeowners through the staircasing and resale process, ensuring smooth transactions and timely service. Based in Leeds, the role combines customer interaction with coordination of professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an efficient staircasing and resale service to homeowners within agreed timescales.
• Manage queries related to existing shared‑ownership properties.
• Respond to enquiries and actively drive sales opportunities.
• Ensure valuations accurately reflect property and share values, protecting equity for buyer and seller.
• Instruct appropriate professionals to carry out staircasing or resale work.
• Process all documentation promptly and in line with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with property management and finance teams.
• Maintain and update weekly and monthly sales progress reports.
• Handle enquiries and complaints while upholding high customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong IT proficiency and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of leasehold or shared‑ownership sales (advantageous).
• Understanding of the conveyancing process from reservation to completion (desirable).
• Familiarity with legal aspects of leasehold law and regulations (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software.
