Sales Supervisor – Flexible Hours (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Supervisor to join our London branch on a flexible, part‑time basis. You will be the front‑line representative on the trade counter and over the phone, delivering excellent service and driving sales of our plumbing and heating range.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, customer‑focused service both in‑store and via telephone.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting the full product range.
• Manage a set minimum number of weekly hours and adapt to additional shifts during peak winter heating periods.
• Lead, motivate and supervise a small team to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain accurate records and handle transactions efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team or working in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends when needed.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a drive to meet business goals.
