Sales Support Admin (Premium Spa Facilities)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Admin to join a leading premium spa facilities company. Working remotely from Leeds, you will be the first point of contact for technical, sales and customer service enquiries while supporting the online presence of high‑end sauna and steam‑room products.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound technical, sales and customer service enquiries.
- Maintain and update website content, including product listings, descriptions, images and pricing.
- Coordinate logistics with warehouse and shipping partners.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to spa equipment.
- Manage stock levels and place supplier orders.
- Create articles, videos and blog posts on installation and technical aspects of sauna and steam‑room equipment.
Required profile
- Background in sales support, operations or administration.
- Ability to work independently from home, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:00.
- Comfortable commuting to Leeds if occasional on‑site meetings are required.
