Sales Support Administrator – Financial Services

About the role

This permanent position supports the financial sales process of a leading financial services organisation in Liverpool. You will work Monday‑Friday with a hybrid model, providing high‑quality customer service to internal accounts and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Support new sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
• Handle customer settlement figures and manage key in-house accounts throughout the application lifecycle.
• Assist floor managers and enhance operational processes to foster strong internal relationships.
• Respond to direct customer enquiries and act as the first point of contact for internal staff.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for accounts transferred from Field Sales to Business Support, ensuring continuity.
• Prepare and manage commission quotations for campaigns, promotions and enhanced commissions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
