Sales Support Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join our growing construction company in Barking. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn the electrical wholesale business while providing vital administrative and customer‑service support to the sales and office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the office and sales teams.
• Answer telephone calls, direct enquiries and assist customers with orders.
• Process quotations, sales orders and invoices accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and product information.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability and deliveries.
• Support the team with general office duties and ensure excellent customer service.
