Sales Support Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join a busy commercial team in Chessington. The role combines sales administration, order processing and customer service, supporting customer accounts from order receipt through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders using online portals and internal systems.
• Monitor orders from receipt to dispatch and delivery, updating systems with accurate information.
• Prepare and upload regular stock availability reports.
• Respond to customer queries regarding orders, stock, deliveries and account administration.
• Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.
• Process credits and liaise with warehouse and carrier partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Work with Sales, Accounts and Credit Control to resolve payment or account issues.
• Provide additional administrative support to the wider sales team and cover holiday or sickness periods.

Required profile

• Highly organised and accurate with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Strong customer service orientation and confident communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to build positive working relationships.
