Sales Support Coordinator – Commercial Interiors

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join a fast‑growing commercial interiors and fit‑out business in Central London. You will act as the hub between the sales team, suppliers and clients, ensuring quotations, cost plans and specifications are accurate, timely and ready for client review.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue project quotations and cost‑plan budgets.
• Support the sales team with product specifications and technical requirements.
• Produce detailed, client‑ready cost plans.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain product information, lead times and pricing.
• Coordinate fabric and material sampling for client approval.
• Check order acknowledgements and specifications for accuracy.
• Manage handover from sales to delivery, ensuring clear documentation.
• Track project programmes and delivery schedules.
• Assist with snagging, shortage reporting and client sign‑off.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales support or coordination role, preferably within commercial interiors, fit‑out or furniture.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time‑management and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
