About the role
The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team Leader and Account Manager to deliver a comprehensive sales service to customers. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will provide competitive rate quotations, manage existing agreements and help identify new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to quotation requests with competitive quotes and ensure timely resolution.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Sales, Trade teams and Customer Care.
- Maintain regular proactive contact with new and existing customers, encouraging use of the web platform and online accounts.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in internal systems and CRM, including customer feedback, pricing and exceptions.
- Provide regular commentary on business performance for assigned accounts and highlight development opportunities.
- Liaise with relevant internal departments to keep them updated on key developments.
