Sales Support Executive

About the role

The Sales Support Executive will join Purdicom’s Sales Support team, working closely with Account Managers to provide day‑to‑day assistance and help grow the business. The role combines customer service, order processing and liaison with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer emails and calls, providing accurate ETA information.
• Load and support sales orders in the CRM, verifying data before approval.
• Respond to customer, internal and supplier enquiries when Account Managers are unavailable.
• Prepare and deliver quotes to customers as required.
• Liaise with supply‑chain, manufacturers, and warehouse teams on stock and shipment queries.
• Maintain order data to ensure up‑to‑date stock allocation.
• Participate in product training and stay current with new product information.
• Attend virtual or physical customer meetings when needed.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with strong communication across all organisational levels.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and under initiative.
• Comfortable working in a semi‑rural environment and possessing a clean driving licence with own car.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
