Sales Support Representative – Hybrid – £26k-£30k

About the role
Prize Placements are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Support Representative to join a global FMCG organisation in Sutton. The role is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, offering a dynamic environment where you will be the first point of contact for suppliers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for suppliers and customers, building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Support both sales and purchasing divisions, handling enquiries from internal teams.
- Receive and process customer orders via email and phone using the ERP system.
- Manage queries from sales and purchasing teams, ensuring timely resolution.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail on quotes, orders, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced commercial setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or JDEdwards.
- Strong Excel skills.
