Sales Support Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Support Specialist to join our London team on a hybrid basis. You will work closely with the commercial, logistics and quality departments to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take, confirm and input customer orders and purchase orders.
• Monitor customer accounts and liaise with commercial, logistics, quality and finance teams.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and provide required quality documentation.
• Prepare and send product samples and price quotes, coordinating with warehouses and product management.
• Assist with lead qualification, tender documents and contract renewals.
• Log opportunities and quotes in the CRM system and keep data up‑to‑date.
• Support sales representatives with follow‑ups on open quotes, opportunities and sample requests.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal sales team requests and communicate any customer issues or operational changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong business communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving commercial environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
