About the role

Join a fast‑growing property business as a Sales Team Manager, leading the enquiries function for a national rental portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end process from first contact to booked viewings, driving performance and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Lettings Coordinators handling inbound and outbound rental enquiries.
• Monitor real‑time KPIs such as response times, enquiry volumes and conversion rates.
• Coach, train and develop team members to improve call quality, qualification and conversion.
• Step in during peak periods to handle enquiries directly.
• Own enquiry‑to‑viewing conversion targets across all channels.
• Collaborate with Lettings Consultants to maximise viewing‑to‑application conversion.
• Analyse data and trends to identify performance improvements.
• Implement system, workflow and customer experience enhancements.
• Drive adoption of AI and technology in enquiry handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading property or lettings teams.
• Strong performance‑driven mindset with a focus on conversion.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop a high‑energy team.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and optimise processes.
