Sales/Account Manager – Hybrid (South East England)

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new Business Manager position within our South West territory. Reporting to M4 Talent Group, you will be responsible for driving new business, growing existing accounts and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales, networking and identifying growth opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and candidates to support retention and account growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end fulfilment of bookings, ensuring suitability and timely delivery.
• Monitor service levels and address any issues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the talent team to ensure resource availability and effective pipeline planning.
• Provide regular updates, forecasting, reports and industry insights to support clients and enhance business performance.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in transport, logistics, driving or industrial sectors.
• Ambitious, commercially minded with a high‑energy approach to sales and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
