Sales/Business/Transactions Manager

About the role

Sytner Select Swindon is seeking a Sales/Business/Transactions Manager to lead and expand its Finance & Insurance department. You will sit at the centre of all sales enquiries, guiding the team and ensuring customers fully understand their commitments with integrity and fairness. The role offers flexible working patterns, including occasional weekends, to deliver the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Finance & Insurance department across the dealership.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and convert them into profitable transactions.
• Develop, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ensure customers receive clear, transparent information about their financial obligations.
• Maintain compliance with fair‑treatment standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Outstanding work ethic with the ability to lead by example and inspire colleagues.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of working collaboratively towards shared objectives and personal performance goals.
