Salesforce Application and Analytics Manager

About the role

The Salesforce Application & Analytics Manager will be responsible for the strategic management, support, development, and continuous improvement of the GMP Application and its analytics capabilities. The role ensures the Salesforce platform operates effectively, delivers the application roadmap, and creates high‑quality reporting and analytics solutions across Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI/Fabric.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration, maintenance, support and enhancement of the GMP Application on Salesforce, acting as the primary subject‑matter expert.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the application, aligning enhancements with business priorities and organisational objectives.
• Configure and optimise Salesforce functionality, including Flows, Lightning Record Pages, data structures and security models, while following governance, change‑management and release processes.
• Lead the design, development and maintenance of analytical capabilities, managing integrations between Salesforce, Power BI/Fabric and other data sources.
• Create and enhance dashboards, reports and visualisations that enable effective performance monitoring and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Significant experience supporting and developing enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven expertise in configuring complex Salesforce Flows, Lightning Record Pages and security models.
• Strong background in building and maintaining Power BI/Fabric data flows, API integrations and semantic models.

Required skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (or equivalent practical experience)
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and Lightning Record Pages
• Experience with Power BI/Fabric data flows, API integrations and semantic models
• Ability to create advanced Power BI/Fabric dashboards, reports and visualisations
