Salesforce Data Auditor – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

This 6‑month contract role supports a global technology brand in London by leading a critical data remediation project on its Salesforce platform. You will work hybrid, combining office time in Central London with remote days, to improve data quality and enable more reliable reporting and sales insights.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, clean and remediate Salesforce data across Opportunities, Accounts, Contracts and Leads.
• Overhaul the renewal database, fixing systemic issues that affect renewals and order types.
• Investigate and resolve pipeline inconsistencies, duplicate records, zero‑value opportunities and account mismatches.
• Review and optimise Salesforce fields, retiring low‑usage fields and eliminating manual workarounds.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor data health and support stakeholder decision‑making.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Salesforce data using tools such as Data Loader or Workbench.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, especially Opportunities, Contracts, Accounts and Leads.
• Proven ability to conduct data audits, deduplication and bulk data operations.
• Experience creating clear reports and dashboards for non‑technical audiences.
• Methodical approach with high attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
