About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer / Administrator to develop and optimise our Service Cloud platform. The role blends administration, custom development and integration work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation processes.
Create custom functionality using Apex.
Manage data updates and integrations with external systems.
Support lead, opportunity and case management processes.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvements.

Required profile

Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Hands‑on Apex development experience.
Expertise in building Salesforce Flows.
Experience with APIs and event‑driven data integrations.
Understanding of lead and opportunity management within Salesforce.
