About the role

Join a leading consultancy that combines deep Salesforce expertise with Data and AI capabilities. As a Salesforce Solution Architect you will shape enterprise‑level programmes, work with high‑performing delivery teams and help clients maximise the value of their Salesforce investments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams on large, complex, multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define high‑level solution designs and provide architectural direction to delivery teams.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, quality standards and governance.
• Support and mentor consultants and junior team members across multiple workstreams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing, capability development and innovation initiatives.
• Utilise AI‑enabled tools to enhance delivery and solution design.
• Participate in a variety of engagements, including enterprise‑scale programmes.

Required profile

• Proven track record as the lead Solution Architect on complex, large‑scale Salesforce projects.
• Comfortable operating across multiple Salesforce clouds and workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of core Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Experience delivering multi‑cloud, multi‑tenant solutions at enterprise level.
