Salesforce Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join a large enterprise undergoing a major platform evolution across customer, sales and digital services. The role sits in a collaborative technology environment and will help shape and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions used by millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with Product Owners, Architects and Agile delivery teams.
• Drive best‑practice and governance for large‑scale initiatives in Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing and Comms Cloud.
• Support enhancements and integrations for CPQ, EPC, CLM, Order Management and Digital Commerce platforms.
• Improve DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and platform governance using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins or SFDX.
• Mentor technical teams and lead delivery of OmniStudio, integration and custom development projects.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and architecting Salesforce solutions at an enterprise level.
• Strong background with Salesforce Comms Cloud (Vlocity) and related industry clouds.
• Proven experience with CPQ, EPC, CLM and Order Management modules.
• Hands‑on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components and OmniStudio.
• Solid integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Jenkins or SFDX.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments and managing senior stakeholders.
