Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the growth and expansion of a newly implemented Salesforce platform for a client based in London. The role is hybrid, with one day per week on‑site, and offers the opportunity to shape the solution architecture and become the subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Salesforce roadmap and solution architecture.
• Lead the design, build and configuration of new Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Establish coding standards, change‑management processes and governance.
• Manage licensing, data‑management, security settings and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data models and security architecture.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in a hybrid environment.
