Salon Manager – Luxury Beauty Brand

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Salon Manager for an emerging luxury beauty brand. The role blends leadership, team support and direct delivery of nail, lash and brow treatments in a modern, high‑quality salon.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the salon operates smoothly each day and support the team during shifts.
• Work alongside therapists to maintain consistent service standards.
• Deliver high‑level nail, lash and/or brow treatments.
• Create a calm, organised and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Support onboarding and confidence‑building for new team members.
• Maintain hygiene, presentation and stock standards.
• Handle client feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.

Required profile

• Senior‑level background in beauty therapy (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Confident delivering nail, lash or brow treatments.
• Comfortable in a hands‑on leadership role.
• Organised, calm and able to manage a busy environment.
• Strong communication style with a client‑focused approach.
